There have always been plenty of lawyers willing to represent big corporations, insurance companies and the government.
But, ours is a practice inspired by the Heroes of our profession.
Like John Adams, Abraham Lincoln, and Clarence Darrow, we choose to represent real victims suffering real pain and real people when they need it the most, when their lives are in confusion, disarray and crisis. We don’t think of helping people through the difficult times in their lives as work—We think of it as a calling.
We believe our work should make a difference in our clients’ lives.
Presenting Accidental Death & injury Claims: We enjoy representing widows, orphans, and people whose lives are disrupted because someone, some business or some government agency was careless, indifferent or just plain mean. We like our clients to have souls. That is why we prefer to represent real people, and not corporations.
Defending Criminal Accusations & Charges:This is the same reason why we represent people who are accused of crimes and facing criminal charges. We know that the police make mistakes and that errors are common in the criminal justice system. We believe that most people, even those who have made terrible mistakes, are worthy of redemption. We work to prevent miscarriages of justice.
